My dad used to prepare this sweet and salty sandwich combo for us when my siblings and I were still very young. Although the peanut butter and cheese sandwich was featured in the John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo hit movie, "Close To You" as Marian's (Bea Alonzo) favorite sandwich, many are still very skeptical whether this tastes good. Friends and acquiantances are often surprised by this combination but once they get a taste of it, they're hooked for life!

This is very similar to how you prepare a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, you'll need

2 or 3 slices of bread (toasted if you wish)

2 or 3 thick slices of Eden cheese

your favorite peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) brand

*Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the slices of bread, put in the cheese, grill or toast until brown and crunchy.
