japanese rolled egg omelet
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Cheese
- nori in small strips
- sugar
RICE:
- Japanese Rice
- rice vinegar
- sugar
PROCEDURE:
- beat eggs
- add sugar
- add cheese
- using an egg roaster fry the eggs
- let the egg cool cut into bite size
- wrap small amount of rice and rolled egg omelet with stripped nori
- serve with soy sauce, calamansi, wasabi or chili pepper
