Baked Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 400-gram pack macaroni
- Meat filling:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 1/4 kilo ham, cubed
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 2 pieces bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
- Becamel Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 big can avaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
