OATMEAL SURPIRSE

2 cups sweet potato, shredded

2 cups oatmeal (uncooked)

1 cup cornstarch

2 cups water

2 cups powdered milk

2 cups refined sugar

1 cup grated Eden cheese

margarine

Combine all ingredients water will be the last except cheese & margarine. Mix well then add chesee. Spread margarine to the pan then pour mixture. Steam for 1 hour. To extend the shelf life of the product bake for at least 30 minutes. Serve.
