Macaroni Cheese Supreme

Celebrate Mother’s Day with this easy, classic comfort food that the whole family would surely love.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups Kraft Eden MeltSarap cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Kraft Eden MeltSarap cheese, cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper



DIRECTIONS:

Start making that special meal by preheating your oven to 350ºF.  Combine shredded cheese, milk and eggs.  Stir in macaroni and season with salt and pepper. Once the mixture is to your liking, pour it into a greased 8-inch square baking dish or 1 ½ quart casserole.  For that added flavor, top it with tomato slices.  Carefully arrange the cheese strips in a lattice pattern over the dish before baking for 15 minutes. Make sure you serve it while it is still hot.
