This appetizer can be served either alone or along with some bread.
Watermelon, seedless
Eden Cheese
white pepper, to taste
light syrup, as needed
Mint leaves, washed
Directions:
1. Peel the watermelon and cut into slabs.
2. Cut slabs into cubes.
3. Mix the grated cheese with white pepper and syrup.
4. Use a spoon or a melon baller to scoop out a hole in each cube deep enough to stuff the cheese mixture in it.
5. Fill each watermelon cubes with cheese mixture and garnish with mint.
6. Serve immediately.
