"Yummy Bacon and Apple Fettuccine"

Portion size: 135 grams per serving
Ingredients:
250 grams fettuccine pasta
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 medium apple-cored and cubed
1 medium onion chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cooked bacon cut into cubed
1 tbsp. thyme
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup KRAFT EDEN CHEESE QUICK MELT, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add all ingredients to pan and saute over medium heat until bacon is cook. Reduce heat to very low. After 2-3 minutes add the pasta and toss. Add the salt and pepper to taste.
